The wait has been reasonable and check out easy, none of the  unpleasantness other reviewers have reported, I've never seen anything but reasonably efficient, polite service.  I guess they do get slammed by emergency walk-ins at times, but that's to be expected at an emergency vet

it's convenient, and there are high-quality vets here.

The staff at Friendship always give me good advice and ensures that my pet receives good care.

They offer a much needed service, an emergency vet is absolutely needed and I'm glad they exist....
